This position is responsible and accountable for managing, growing and protecting a portfolio of strategic accounts and working towards achieving “preferred” supplier status within these accounts.
You will build relationships with MSPs and internal recruiters to deliver outstanding service. Increase submission volume and headcount, decrease costs, conduct internal audits and meet/exceed clients’ SLA. Become the leader in our industry on MSP accounts.

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Work effectively with MSP to address high-volume staffing needs and interact with Recruiters to ensure consistent pipeline of quality candidates.
  • Act as primary point of contact between Recruiters and MSP regarding any job requisition questions or ambiguity.
  • Audit all VMS requisitions and Recruiter submissions to confirm all required candidate documentation and information is attached.
  • Monitor fill ratio to meet and/or exceed performance targets established by our client agreements.
  • Build and nurture relationships to become the staffing company of choice and the leader in Customer Satisfaction.
  • Work with Recruitment Manager to optimize VMS processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Assist Recruiters with timely and accurate completion of hiring/onboarding process for successful hires.
  • Develop strategic relationships with MSPs to expand and build new business.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet and/or exceed performance targets (SLA) established with our clients with the goal of becoming a “preferred” supplier.
  • Responsible for the delivery of any reports requested on MSP accounts.
